About the plant
The plant is commonly known as the Mini Monstera, because it looks like a typical Monstera.
However, it is not a monstera at all, it actually belongs to the Rhaphidophora genus and not the Monstera genus.
It has its origin from Thailand and Malaysia, whereas the Monstera had its origin from Central America.
Care for the plant
For the best growth possible, the mini monstera, like other tropical plants, prefers to be put in a position with a lot of light, preferably by a window with indirect lighting.
If the plant is put in direct lighting, the leaves can be burned and the edges will turn brown.
Additional nutrition
The plant wants to be fertalized once a month in the summer.
In the winter it can be fertalized one every second month.
